Teach your children well

Posted on by Defensive Driving | in The Daily Drive

A great word of advice in all aspects of life, but particular true when it comes to the behaviors of your children when they come of age to drive.

If you as a parent are setting a good example, obeying the law, obeying the speed limit, not talking on your cell phone or multitasking and generally are a mature driver, your kids most likely will be good drivers as well.   They learn from their parents.

In the event they do not learn good driving behaviors from their parents, there is a change they might be ordered to take an approved defensive driving course, will they will learn better driving behaviors, but if you have the opportunity as a parent, do the right thing.   And whatever you do, don’t be this Dad – do you think he understands?   “Don’t go to fast here…” Really?

Don’t do this…
