Is that kid driving

I was driving down the highway and we were passing a mini van in Louisiana, I had to actually slow down to show my wife but there was a KID, could not have been over 5 years old, sitting on their dads lap, driving. The dad was actually laughing and having a conversation, with someone in the back seat, while the little boy was fully focused on the road!! Crazy!
