An Employee Benefit Program

So the count today – one accident, it appears the car which had its rear bumper attached to the front bumper of a truck had stopped at a yellow light while the truck had not.   The female owner of the car was not moving it, had her hands on her hips and the driver of the truck was on the phone, probably with his insurance company.   Needless to say, it was not a good day for either of them.   The instant meetings of total strangers, difficult way to get introduced to people!   But I digress, the question is whether or not the driver of the truck ever got off the phone or was he distracted driving which caused the accident in the first place.   He now owns part of a Honda Accord!
