What was she thinking?

So congrats to the Dallas Mavericks!   Poor LeBron King James, the dude just needs to open his mouth sometimes and take that giant foot out of it.   The better team won, so it just is not clear why he would insult the rest of the nation by saying to all of us his “haters” , your personal problems will still be there tomorrow and I will still be living like I do and you will still wake up your personal problems and issues… really.

What was he thinking?  What could he possibly gain by saying something like that, what was he thinking?

Reminds me of someone with some personal problems and I have no idea what she was thinking…

I was driving behind a young lady last Wednesday on a three lane one way on the north side of town.   She had really begun to slow down a lot and based on her erratic driving behavior, I started to drive really defensively, gave her plenty of space, because I had a bad feeling about her driving skills.   She put on her turn signal and signaled that she was going to take a right… which would have been well and good and safe and legal and the type of correct driving behavior we talk about in our online driver safety course, when all of a sudden, she decided to go left across all three lanes of traffic.

This is not a small road and people move pretty good, I heard the brakes lock up and it was like I was watching the whole thing in slow motion, here is Ms. Bad Driver, slowly – she was not even accelerating, cutting across traffic when her rear quarter panel me the front end of a SUV traveling in the third lane.

Her car spun three hundred and sixty degrees and she ended up on the opposite median facing the opposite direction she had been traveling.

What was she thinking?   She and LeBron have something in common…

The other driver could not have done anything, and this woman is going to be needing a state approved defensive driving course, not only for ticket dismissal, but also for a discount on her auto insurance and to reduce her points.   Honestly, driving is not for everyone, I would feel a little safer if she was not.

The good news, no one was hurt, the bad, there was a lot of damage done to both vehicles and the individual who hit this nutty driver, probably got a ticket too, because he was probably speeding.

So remember, don’t be an idiot, never cut across three lanes of traffic and slow down!
