two ticket dismissal

James 22. I have had two tickets dismissed yesterday January 9th, 2011. The two tickets were both while I was riding my motorcycle. The first ticket was when I was riding south on I35 from acc northridge to riverside. As any other day, I was lane splitting through traffic to save time and to beat the heat from an overheating motorcycle. And right in front of the austin municipal I was snagged by a motorcycle cop. The second ticket I was going downtown on my motorcycle after about 11:00 to meet some friends, and the streets were closed off. That wouldn’t stop me on a nimble motorcycle, so on the 6th and I35 light a passed through the barrier and was snagged. S$%#y night because I have not paid off a ticket and had a warrent. My motorcycle got towed and I was arrested. I paid off the ticket at the jail and was out of their hands within an hour. So that night I stuck with my last $20, no motorcycle, an empty bank account, and a new ticket. Great night. I lucky got a ‘hookup’ from the state prosecuter to have both of these dismissed, but it wasn’t really and just evens out my expenses; because I had Planned to sit out my warrent. And now I was stuck with a impound ticket, the warrent paid off, andthe loops to jump to have these two dismissed
