After a recent insurance hike, I  placed a call my insurer to find out why my insurance rate would be increasing. It had been a while since I received a citation and with a spotless driver record, I figured something had to be going on. The honest customer service representative looked over my policy and informed me that he did not see a direct action from the driver, myself, that would cause and rate increase.
