The Source of Traffic Jams

Have you ever been on a highway or freeway in a sea of cars? Just sitting and waiting, inch by inch, you approach your destination. Moments later you pass a car stalled or a wreck in the opposite direction. Hours of traffic jam for one reason, RUBBERNECKERS!

Rubbernecking. I never understood this concept. Every single time I pass a distraction on the highway, I think about how all rubberneckers should take a defensive driving course in Texas.
