Safety First, Wear a Seatbelt

For some odd reason people are not very fond of seatbelts. Is it because you don’t look “cool” in a seatbelt? Are you in too much of a hurry to stop for 3.5 seconds and put on your seatbelt? Or do you feel like you don’t have to wear a seatbelt because you’re not driving very far? I’ve heard some of the craziest excuses as to why people don’t wear seatbelts, but the all seem invalid. You never know what can happen while you’re on the road. Accidents happen and there is no way to plan for them. If a driver crashes into the back of your car and you’re not wearing a seatbelt, there’s a chance that you can go flying through the windshield. Why risk your life to look cool, or just because your in a hurry or not driving far? Seatbelts have been proven to save people’s lives. Wear them. They are not just put in the car for decoration.
