Who has the right of way?

I was recently having lunch at a conference and several of the nice folk at the table with me were lawyers with a certain state agency I will not name by name, but it was amazing to me what we talked about.  I was asked serious questions regarding who has the right of way at a four way stop.   Apparently, they all could benefit from DefensiveDriving.com’s driver safety training, as these were all questions that are covered in our online driver safety video.
