What age is too young for someone to learn driver safety?   A judge in New Mexico sentenced a six year old boy to traffic school for failing to buckle up.   As a parent myself, I get how hard it is sometimes getting your children to pay attention when you are driving.   Really, kids are one of the biggest reasons for distracted driving – forget about cell phones, ever had a four year old who is trying to get unbuckled from their car seat?

I applaud this judge for making safety an early lesson.

This video drivings home the value of courses like our Traffic School for Florida in providing driver programs for all ages, whether the drivers themselves or their precious cargo!
